Tryout's Terms and Conditions

1.- Before the arrival of the players:

Before your arrival in Spain, you must take out international travel insurance as it is an essential requirement for entering the country and the program.

Our recommendation is the date of arrival on Saturday or Sunday. A tutor or driver will pick all players from the airport and take you them the residence.
The budget is for 14 days, for that reason if your flight ticket is for more than 14 days, you need to remember that the residence charges 100€ per extra day (absolutely everything included).
Upon arrival in the city of Madrid they will be distributed in them rooms (2 players per room).
The player must abide by the regulations, guidelines, and instructions from the tutors, coaches, and team staff.
The player must understand that due to force majeure the training sessions are postponed or modified, an alternative will be sought so that they can spend their two weeks of tryout.

The player or his / her legal representative authorize ELITE IFM and THE CLUB to use and publish photographs and other image types of the player.
Players must keep their rooms clean and with constant ventilation, avoiding closed spaces with accumulation of more players in each room, than allowed.
The place of residence is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged objects during the player’s stay.
The damage or deterioration of any of the furniture that is in use by the player will be paid by him, before returning to his country of origin.
If the player decides or plans not to eat any food at the residence, it is necessary to notify the staff in advance.
The player will have included in the program:
- Pick up at the Madrid – Barajas airport, and subsequent transfer to the residence.
- Players have all three meals included.
- Transportation to training (round trip).
- Transportation from the residence to the Madrid – Barajas airport.

The second payment could be made in cash in the euro currency (€) however, those players who prefer to do a transfer, remember that the following options are available:
- International bank transfer: with an extra 21% of VAT
- PayPal or Stripe: with an extra 21% of VAT + 5% of PayPal commission.
- Zelle
Once a first payment or full payment has been made, the reimbursement of the amounts contributed is not stipulated for any reason.
Those players who for reasons external to the program cannot travel will be provided with another date and / or another club in order to carry out their two-week trial. This opportunity will be saved for maximum of six month from the date of the tryout.
The player must send the ticket (round trip) no later than one week prior to the start of the program. Additionally, it is suggested that they buy a flexible ticket.

If for any reason the player must be any additional days after the 14 days that player must paid the extra days before at the beginning of the program, otherwise he must leave the residence immediately. The price for the additional days will be 100€ per day (everything included).
The player must comply with each and every one of the logical and reasonable coexistence rules of a residence. In case of not following any of the rules of the club and / or / or of the residence, the player could be expelled from the program, both by the residence and the club.
